Questions clients ask
How long does a clinic launch take?
Four weeks from our first call to launch day, as long as we get your treatment list, prices and photos of your space in the first week.
Do I need a website if I already have a Facebook page?
Yes. Google ranks clinics with a real website higher on Maps, and a website lets clients book at 11pm without waiting for a reply on Messenger.
Can clients book and pay online?
Clients can book a time slot online and get an SMS confirmation and reminder. Deposits by GCash or card can be added if you want to cut no-shows.
Do I own the website and accounts?
Yes. Your domain, Google Business Profile and social accounts are registered to you. We get manager access to do the work.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly packages run month to month after the first three months. The launch package is a one-time fee.
Do you work outside Metro Manila?
Yes. Websites, Maps and social work are done remotely anywhere in the Philippines. Shoots outside Metro Manila add travel costs.
